Nickel and Dime the Client I recently had to bring in the new car I have just purchased from this dealer and had an amazing working relationship with the sales staff. The servic I recently had to bring in the new car I have just purchased from this dealer and had an amazing working relationship with the sales staff. The service staff, while knowledgeable, is very unorganized and not passionate about their job (as it shows). I was in a loaner vehicle that had some very minor windshield damage, out of my knowledge and control, and they are going to be filing an insurance claim holding me responsible. In all my years of owning luxury vehicles, not one dealer has done this. I won't be returning to this dealer again for service. More

With 128,000 miles on it now, I tell everybody that it’s the absolute best Needed an oil change and a few other things corrected on my 2011 Jaguar XJ. With 128,000 miles on it now, I tell everybody that it’s the absolute best car I ever bought - and I’ve had quite a few. I purchased it here, and the only service technicians that have ever touched it work here. Every service visit has been good, including the service advisors. I’ve come to know many of them, and still make a point of stopping by to see my original sales guy, “Kennie” whenever he’s there. Great people and great service. More

Missed the mark on customer service regarding recall Land Rover issued an urgent airbag safety recall. The passenger airbag was to be replaced free of charge. To incentivize owners, they authorized a Fre Land Rover issued an urgent airbag safety recall. The passenger airbag was to be replaced free of charge. To incentivize owners, they authorized a Free oil change and a Fee loaner vehicle. I schedule the appointment online. There is NO field provided to request a loaner vehicle via the webportal/page on the dealership website. Upon check in, I was told there were no loaner cars albeit the service would take all day. Additionally, I let the service person know that there was no option to request a loaner via the website. The response was "really, I did not know that." First, know your corporate scheduling capabilities - no excuse. Second, if this service takes all day, call or email the owner, to check if they need a loaner car given that the Recall Notice cited several times on the notice that one would be provided Free. As a result, I had to wait an hour for someone to pick me up and then inconvenience them again to drop me off to pick up the car. More
Great Customer Service I have approximately 24 videos of the light issue I have been having with my car which has spanned over 18 months. I have had to take my car into the shop (in Annapolis) more than 10 times regarding this issue. They have, for years, thrown their hands up and said they couldn't find anything. I brought my car in for the light issue around Christmas for the first time to Hunt Valley. It is not much into January and less than a month later and I believe we have made more progress on the issue than over 18 months at Annapolis. LEON actually wanted to find the problem. Asked more questions and showed more interest and concern about the issue than all of the customer service reps, manager, and technician combined from Annapolis. Leon gave me his cell phone and personal email to see the videos and pictures and to call him upon the same issue. I did, not 72 hours after leaving your shop. He was attentive and made an immediate appoint ment for him' just to take a look'. He was able to capture some data which he, as well as I, believes puts us closer to finding out this issue. This issue has not only been extremely frustrating, caused me doubt in my so loved vehicle, but also used a tremendous amount of my time (probably over 20+ hours not to mention being without my car for days on end). I feel like Leon actually cared and was respectful of all mentioned above. Leon, certainly goes above and beyond -- and for you - that is priceless. For me that is a 10 in the customer service. I was very pleased with the service I received from Frankel recently from the Land Rover store. My Land Rover need an interior piece replaced but they didn't have in stock. Its was still in its new car warranty and they said they would order and call me when it came in. Jeff not only called me when my part came in but came and picked it up from my work,replaced the part and dropped it back off to me later that evening. I appreciate how he went out of his way to make in convenient for me. More
