The captain of this ship, GM, Bill Keyes, truly empowers his Hunt Valley team to be the best in their areas of expertise. Starts of with Katie, most pleasant receptionist , who is delightful both in person and on the phone. My trusted service advisor, Bill McCauley, is a true prince. Bill McCauley was most cordial, polite and professional, and assured me my safety and best Land Rover performance was his determined goal. I trust Bill McCauley with my family, driving on the interstates and highways, that my Evoque is operating at peak efficiency. So nice to see awesome Sales associate Kenny Winston, who exhibits a most comfortable demeanor in his client interactions. Kudos indeed. More

I also requested a quote for my cup holder repair which would not stay open (broken spring, so it did not open and stay open). Service lady came back and i almost fell off the chair after she quoted ~$2800 and said 'its complicated, the entire center stack would need to be changed out' hahahhaha. For a simple cupholder spring i needed to change my entire center stack?!?!? Really? I was obviously shocked and did not end up doing it. Something didnt seem right, so i made an appointment with Land Rover West Columbia to get a second opinion. My suspicion came true, Land Rover Hunt Valley was a RIP OFF!! West Columbia quoted by ~600 to fix it!! I have an official quote from them on paper!! I was shocked by how incompetent the service department at Hunt Valley is! Never going back to Hunt Valley! I hope the General Manager reads this review. My Name is Gideon Samson and i should be in your records. Please check my service history by name. This review is long overdue. I would give negative stars if there was an option. I have a 2015 Black Range Rover Autobiography. West Columbia is going to get all my future business. They were also way friendlier!! Rip Off Service Department The service department will rip you off both on their labor hours (they will charge a full hour for a 15 minute job). Don't trust my word - get the part numbers and look up the retail price. Literally about a 3-4X markup. Go elsewhere unless you are in your Land Rover warranty period. More
If considering, choose another dealer. TERRIBLE service experience. They selected a local body shop to complete a repair on my pristine Range Rover Sport. When I went to pick it up it was obvious it wasn’t experience. They selected a local body shop to complete a repair on my pristine Range Rover Sport. When I went to pick it up it was obvious it wasn’t a quality job. We Immediately complained to the General Manager about the unsatisfactory work. He looked at the truck and agreed it needed to be fixed. He committed to having the service dept address our concerns and contact us the following day. We have yet to be contacted. We called to follow up/left messages, and still no response!! Their customer service is a 0/10 and is the antithesis of what Land Rover is supposed to stand for. More
