I’ve owned over 25 vehicles in my life and this is hands down the worst experience ever. I have a 2022 Defender, everything shorts out all of the time. My window controls just suddenly stopped working so down the worst experience ever. I have a 2022 Defender, everything shorts out all of the time. My window controls just suddenly stopped working so I took it to the Hunt Valley Land Rover dealership. They told me that it needed a new motor and that they’d order one and call me when it came in. For three months I called every two weeks and they would tell me that the motor hasn’t come in yet and that they would call me when the motor came in. I decided to be patient. I waited and after 6 months without a functioning driver side window I call up and they put me on hold, then come back to tell me that it’s been sitting in the back for a couple months and to come get it installed. A couple months later my front headlight stops working. There are no bulbs, it’s a $4000+ replacement when your headlight stops working. I take my car to the dealership again and after sitting there for four hours they come out and tell me what I already knew: that they needed to order a headlight. They gave me the truck back and told me they’d be in touch. Another month has gone by with no headlight and I’ve now been pulled over twice. I call and text customer service twice a week and they tell me that they’ll get back to me and never do. I am one of those people who NEVER complain, I am always exceptionally nice, and extremely patient. However this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any car ever. I’ve had BMWS, Mercedes, Hondas, Lexus, Mitsubishis, Jeeps etc and never had such horrible customer service at a dealership, problems with the vehicle etc. and this is supposed to be luxury?? With an insane price tag? I will be telling everyone I know to steer as far clear as humanly possible. More

First, I would like to say thank you to Auto Nation/Land Rover for taking accountability for my initial visit mishaps. The second time around auto nation showed up and showed out. They were willing to come Rover for taking accountability for my initial visit mishaps. The second time around auto nation showed up and showed out. They were willing to come to my house and pick up my vehicle to rectify any issues i had (25 miles away). I declined and brought the vehicle back to them. Once i arrived they had a 2024 Defender loaner waiting on me. They promised to fix my tire issue and detail my vehicle. When I arrived a few days later to pick up my vehicle not only was my tire repaired the detail job was immaculate. My vehicle looks brand new again and drives excellent.. KUDOS to you Auto Nation. Tim(service manager) and team you restored my faith in Land Rover again. I will be returning again for service when the time comes. Thank You Guys! I really appreciate the service!!
