I have purchased my last three cars from this dealership and have taken my cars in for service here since 2006. I have always had great service from both the sales and the service team. I was VERY disappo and have taken my cars in for service here since 2006. I have always had great service from both the sales and the service team. I was VERY disappointed to find out the dealership does not provide loaner cars. I called 3 times asking for a loaner and they said they would call me back when one was available - but I never received any calls. When I finally broke down and decided I would live with the "situation", I saw the sign in the dealership saying "no loaners". The dealership should reimburse me for my rental, but instead I will just buy my next car from another dealership (my wife never has issues with loaners from the Audi store down the street. To pay what I paid for my car and not have a loaner available when service is needed is ridiculous. More
