Was looking for a low mileage Jaguar XF not more than two years old and still under manufacturers warranty at the right price.. Looked on ebaymotors and Hunt Valley had a car which matched the specs I was looking for. I spoke with Pamela Keys and the car I had found did indeed match what I was looking for. We discuused the details and agreed on a price. Pamela was outstanding, made the entire transaction very easy and she personlly delivered the car on Monday. All of the paperwork was taken care of and the interest rate is great. The car lookslike brand new and handle superbly. Now I must hope for reliability and trouble free motoring, not always a Jaguar srong suit! Pamala told me to ontact her immediately if I had any problems and that Hunt Valley would be there for me. I love my new Land Rover. I drove over an hour to get here and it was worth it. John was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had spoken with Pam Keys your Internet Sales Manager on Monday about a car that I was extremely interesting in purchasing. I was going to drive over from Winchester, VA that evening but she told me that th Monday about a car that I was extremely interesting in purchasing. I was going to drive over from Winchester, VA that evening but she told me that the car I saw online wasn't ready yet and she needed a day. She PROMISED me that she would call me first thing and I would drop everything and drive to Maryland to make the purchase as soon as the car was ready. I was delighted, as this was the exact car I was hoping to purchase. Yesterday morning (1 day later as she requested) I emailed to see if I could go pick it up that evening and she replied "Sorry but it was sold yesterday". What's up with that? I am so upset!! It was a slam dunk sale for your guys - ugh! More
I was very pleased with the service I received from Frankel recently from the Land Rover store. My Land Rover need an interior piece replaced but they didn't have in stock. Its was still in its new car warranty and they said they would order and call me when it came in. Jeff not only called me when my part came in but came and picked it up from my work,replaced the part and dropped it back off to me later that evening. I appreciate how he went out of his way to make in convenient for me. More
These guys are awesome.One of their competitors practically threw me out of their dealership citing it was too early to get me out of my lease into a new one. I started taking my Jag here for service about 4 years ago. I found the service department to be honest and fair. My car was always done on time and i never had any issues. The waiting area I must say is the nicest Ive ever seen. Because of the service department I decided to buy my new Land Rover from Frankel. Kenny was nothing but professional and answered my many questions. We negotiated a fair price and I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Brendan the sales manager was also helpful and polite. I highly recommend Frankel sales and service departments. More

UNBELIEVABLY rude & unprofessional....When looking to purchase a car from them, 'Brad' in Sales told me the ones in which I was interested were "out of my price range" (though I had not yet had a convers purchase a car from them, 'Brad' in Sales told me the ones in which I was interested were "out of my price range" (though I had not yet had a conversation with them about price ranges); when I asked to test drive a particular model that was being advertised as available on their website, I was told I could not test drive it b/c it was parked out back b/c the owner wanted to use it for several days; when I asked how the various off roading mechanisms worked I was simply told I "wouldn't need them." After months of promising to get the Range Rover I desired in stock, they never followed through so I ultimately purchased my '08 Range Rover at another Land Rover dealership --- & got it for the same price that Hunt Valley Land Rover was demanding for their '06 Range Rovers (of the same mileage, condition & amenities). Regarding repairs, the multi-point inspection reports have contradicted themselves (one visit showing my tires were in dire need of replacement & the next time that they were in excellent condition (when in fact I had done nothing to them since I could tell they had plenty of tread left). On multiple occasions when I got my car back, the ivory leather interior was covered in grease & grime. Service Advisor Jeff Sine has been the WORST ---- he wouldn't/couldn't provide answers to my questions nor was he willing to try to track any down, he kept giving me the runaround. He also would never be up front about the estimated time needed to repair the car (repeatedly promising to have it ready "the next day" but it would ultimately take 2 weeks and he wouldn't call me to give me any sort of heads up when he said he would). And he has spoken down to me each time in such a condescending manner that I am DONE. I will never go back. I don't care how much hassle or extra money it will cost me to go to an alternate dealership or private autoshop ---- It will be 110% worth it to spare me the horrible experience I have to endure at the Hunt Valley Land Rover dealership. I had an appointment for service on Monday. No one ever called me. I called late in the evening and was told that they were just taking my car in to be looked at. This was very strange as it was close to called me. I called late in the evening and was told that they were just taking my car in to be looked at. This was very strange as it was close to their closing time. Tuesday, still no call. I called them late in the day and again was told that they were just now taking my car in to be looked at. Wednesday, still no call. The excuse this time was the mechanic was out sick. Thursday I had to again call them and the service representative had a lot of trouble figuring out who I was or what was being done to my car. They finally did some work on the car and I went in late on Friday to pick it up. They didn't have the car ready and I had to wait for quite a while before they could figure out what they were doing. I picked up my car but had to leave my other car on their lot and pick it up the following day. First thing Saturday morning Paul Darby calls me at work and wants me to get my other car out of the customer parking area. I guess I wasn't considered a customer. Amazingly rude staff, BAD service and the work they did, well, the car still has the same problem. They will never see me there ever again! More
