I saw a new Jaguar that is hard to find and was heavily discounted. I contacted their salesman. When Ken Winston called me back, he was very casual and i thought it was a wrong number as opposed to a Jagua discounted. I contacted their salesman. No matter, i proceeded to negotiate the terms of the purchase and trade in. Along the way they gave me bad information stating if i leased the EV i would get a tax credit. There were long delays where nobody would call me back. Then at the last minute, and 2 days after i first contacted them, they tell me the car was already sold! Please do not waste your valuable time with these jokers. They really gave me the run around! More

I am pleased yet again with this Dealership. They are courteous, friendly and efficient at handling all issues. I had an issue that was covered by warranty and they explained everything, gave an accurat courteous, friendly and efficient at handling all issues. I had an issue that was covered by warranty and they explained everything, gave an accurate repair time and provided transportation since I wasn’t prepared for a long wait / repair. The waiting area is always clean and provides refreshments and all the Staff who passes by always say Hello and Good morning. I know that the Land Rover experience in general costs more but I feel like a respected person at Hunt Valley Land Rover and not just a customer or number. Thank You! More

Pamela and bill were absolutely amazing. I will never buy a car at another dealership. The experience was flawless I realize that this is what true customer service is supposed to be like. Poor customer service, made appt over 2 weeks ago was told would have loaner car, when I arrived @ 9:00 am was told no loaner because car was not purchased from them, they called lyft service to take me told would have loaner car, when I arrived @ 9:00 am was told no loaner because car was not purchased from them, they called lyft service to take me home...received call at 3:00 saying mileage on car over 79000 most likely service not covered under warranty, advised rep. Adrian my vehicle only had 42,000 miles on it, did not know what car he was talking about.. at that point I asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with Grant who said rep had turn numbers around in error , advised him of the Incident with the loaner car. Asked Grant when would car be ready, he said they were just pulling in shop not sure.. my car was there since 9:00am, before leaving I stressed to Adrian that I need my vehicle for transportation....Once Grant said wasn’t sure when Car would be ready advised him that I would be picking car up, do not perform work. More
Adrian & Bill in the service department were very helpful and my service needs were addressed the same day I dropped my vehicle off for service. My vehicle was clean upon being returned to me.
