The cost of service at this dealership is outrageously high. After getting a quote for repair of an alternator for a Range Rover Supercharger I proceeded to get two more quotes from reputable repair shop high. Repair work in the past has been good no worries in that area but the same work can often be accomplished for much less expense. More
We have had a great experience with sales, where this dealership falls short is in their service area . Recently had to have a tire replaced and had to contact them a couple of times to see if they could dealership falls short is in their service area . Point check ( not sure this is the correct number) as well as having them put wiper fluid in my car. Neither of these were done , and when I received the car back my dashboard error messages were lit up like a Christmas tree. How did they start my car and bring it around for pick up and not see this? Very disappointed and frustrated that I now I will be without my car again to have fixed what they should of done the first time! More
Only concern is not being able to get a loaner when needed while car is kept for more than a day. This was a perk that was discussed when we purchased our vehicle. I cannot understand HOW this dealership has such sparkling reviews, unless they've paid for them or these reviews are fake. Since Mr. Frankel isn't there anymore, the only concern they have is to take your money no matter how you feel. Recently, I've again had to return my Range Rover for warranty work and tried to call in-for 2 days. The service advisor said they've been instructed to NOT answer the phone. I guess the Service Manager is too good to work for his paycheck and provide the service a six-figure, luxury car buyer should get. Again, these reviews could NOT be real. I suppose that if I did exactly what Land Rover Hunt Valley told me to and did everything their way, and didn't care that I spent 150k on this car, I would probably give a good review too. I have found this staff to flat-out lie to me. Additionally, they have turned the staff over several times because of how poorly the dealer management is. This is real, inside information. You don't even want me to get started on the poor-quality autos that Land Rover makes. More
