Resourceful & knowledgeable group of technicians. Service & work on the vehicle was well done. But, delay to the service was because we did not get notified as to the total amount of work & cost of Service & work on the vehicle was well done. The entire process of buying a car at Land Rover of Hunt Valley was excellent. The team went above and beyond to get my paperwork done as quickly as possible once my mind was made up. Was sold a dent protection program that was expensive and denied coverage on first 2 attempts to use. Sales person won’t reply. Service guy seemed helpful, but didn’t call back first day with update and car denied coverage on first 2 attempts to use. Sales person won’t reply. For a premium dealership, need a more customer centric approach. Infiniti treats its customers with higher touch so far. More
