Horrible customer service. Sold me their top of the line vehicle, Certified pre owned and 6k miles later I’m having to purchase 4 new tires. I had brought my LR Range Rover in for its annual service. I advised service advisor, Cash upon receiving my vehicle to ensure it was clean for pickup. Made concessions to pick up early, once I had service. I advised service advisor, Cash upon receiving my vehicle to ensure it was clean for pickup. Made concessions to pick up early, once I had taken delivery.. the entire cabin was dirty.. front and back seats along with dash. I have never received my vehicle back in this UNACCEPTABLE condition, previously there are ALWAYS minor interior concerns that are taken care of once I arrive. To this date, have not heard from anyone with an Apology for the condition. In addition, the radio station was changed with the volume increased, as well as seat adjusted and not returned back. It's VERY frustrating to continue to encounter the same concerns. My reality this far, I ALWAYS bring my vehicle in cleaner (interior) then I receive it back. There should be processes in place to inspect the interior before returning it back to owner. More
