Working with Donna was an absolute pleasure. She is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with when purchasing past vehicles. I felt Donna had my best interests in mind. She was extremely patient, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Most importantly, she was a consummate professional - who knows Range Rovers inside and out. Donna truly understands the balance and importance of a client relationship. I had brought my LR Range Rover in for its annual service. I advised service advisor, Cash upon receiving my vehicle to ensure it was clean for pickup. Made concessions to pick up early, once I had service. I advised service advisor, Cash upon receiving my vehicle to ensure it was clean for pickup. Made concessions to pick up early, once I had taken delivery.. the entire cabin was dirty.. front and back seats along with dash. I have never received my vehicle back in this UNACCEPTABLE condition, previously there are ALWAYS minor interior concerns that are taken care of once I arrive. To this date, have not heard from anyone with an Apology for the condition. In addition, the radio station was changed with the volume increased, as well as seat adjusted and not returned back. It's VERY frustrating to continue to encounter the same concerns. My reality this far, I ALWAYS bring my vehicle in cleaner (interior) then I receive it back. There should be processes in place to inspect the interior before returning it back to owner. More

We trusted LR Houston North and David fully - the experience of buying a car was really a pleasure and a learning journey. The car is fabulous, already tested on long trips and soon will be tested off-road. If you think about Land Rover, I highly recommend LR Houston North. More
During this buying process I had contact with three people. My first contact was with Alek. went into the dealership and inquired about a 2022 Defender. He was nice enough however there was a Defender on the lot at this point and he didn't even offer me a test drive. I don't know whether he didn't think I was serious or it was another reason. When I was giving a courtesy call on my experience at the dealership, they asked me did I receive a test drive and when I told them " no" they seem startled. I then tried to get in touch with him to place my order for manufacturing but I couldn't get a call back or a email back. I then contacted Nina. Nina told me that he was out of the country but still as a person that owns a business I feel like the voicemail or email should have reflected that he wasn't available and I would have patiently waited. However, Nina was very very informative she did everything I needed her to do to make sure that my order was placed and my vehicle went into production. She kept me abreast of what was going on while I waited for my vehicle to be produced. It took eight months. The only complaint that I have with Nina is that she assured me that since the side steps weren't available that my Defender would have air suspension which it does not! I was then introduced to Allen in finance. Allen in finance was a very different character. He wants me to believe that jaguar financial would not finance me due to my credit and income. I purchased a brand new jaguar E pace in July 2018. I kept it as a leased vehicle for three years with no late payments. Chase financial had not one problem with me. Fast forward three years later I make double the amount that I made then and my credit score is better. Alan told me that Jaguar financial said that they would not finance me on such a large lease amount (the difference was $20,000 from the first car to the second car) and if they did finance me I would have to put $15,000 down. Can we say unfair credit practices? I feel that it was something else going on here because I make more than enough money to handle a $1200 car payment. After a couple of days of him running my credit all over the nation I went to my credit union applied for a loan they gave me an $80,000 loan right off the back with no questions asked. The way he looked at that check when I gave it to him was like I printed it in my backyard! Priceless! LMAO! He also divulged that if I didn't get the truck that they were going to mark it up 25K and sell it for over $100,000. So I don't know if he had a friend that needed a truck or what but it was obvious that he didn't want me to have that one. I didn't buy my first Jaguar from that location. I went to Dallas to Autobahn and received a great deal and great service. I can't say that I will return to this location if I buy another Land Rover/Jaguar, but it was the closest one to me.. *3 weeks later and I've yet to receive a DENIAL letter from Jaguar Financial/Chase* More
By far, this company has one of the most unfriendly and unprofessional service centers I have ever interacted with. I have visited the dealership two times due to the seals on door coming loose. This causes the doors to be difficult to open, especially for a small child. On the second visit, I was told I would need to schedule an appointment (not available for a month out) to take the car in and have them redo the seals on the door. Today, I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment. Once I was able to sit down with the rep., I was asked why I was there. Apparently, this gentleman doesn't recognize working with me of the first time and no notes were taken during either visit. As such, I inquired why there are no notes on the account for this issue. In short, they don't like to be asked questions. After furthering the conversation, I was told that they would not work on my car and refuse to service it today (after making me wait a month to get in). In asking for a manager, I was informed that he was the manager and since I was unhappy with his service, I could take the car to another dealership. Furthermore, refused to allow me to work with the more friendly rep or talk to another form of leadership. They have a good product, but the service portion of this dealership is by far not a great reflection of the product. Feel free to reach out as I have the interaction on recording. More
