I called them to get information on a used range rover sport without knowing that the car was located at Land Rover Houston Central. They removed the vehicle from the online listing and transferred it to Houston North so that I could have time to stop by the dealership and see it. I have never seen this before. Usually used cars remain listed and available to the first buyer, but they took my inquiry seriously as it should be and concentrated on providing the best customer service. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase the car, and when I committed they delivered it at my home on a day that I couldn't get it (I work remote). I strongly recommend requesting David Baker as your sales representative. Very knowledgeable and friendly. More

Horrible customer service. Sold me their top of the line vehicle, Certified pre owned and 6k miles later I’m having to purchase 4 new tires.
