The waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped, making the wait for my car to be serviced quite pleasant. The service itself was top-notch. What impressed me the most was their transparency and honesty throughout the process. They communicated clearly about the repairs needed. Although there was a little surprise about the final bill but was quickly corrected when I pointed it out to Jacqueline. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Land Rover Houston North's Service Center. They have definitely earned my trust and loyalty, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Keep up the fantastic work! More
Our sales rep, Donna Watkins, is amazing. She listened to our needs and wants and didn’t pressure sell us. However, we didn’t have a great experience with the Finance Manager, Al. He wasn’t happy with the amount of money we decided to put down on the car and tried to talk us into applying that towards our mortgage instead. His recommendation was for us to finance the entire cost of the car- obviously because he is incentivized by the amount the customer finances. He also gave us unsolicited advice on several financial areas that were complex outside his scope. I highly recommend Donna but would steer clear of Al! More

I would like to state upfront that this low rating does not apply to the Salesman (Adan) and the dealership reception associate that were professional and cautious because they both did a brilliant job. In fact, they compensated for the dealership’s (trade-in manager & accounts departments) mendacious behaviors. I saw the price of the Range Rover online, called to make appointment to test drive the vehicle and printed the details. After the test drive I decided to buy it and ask for the price details. I then saw that the dealership had increased the price by $2,000 and reduced the trade-in we agreed on a few days before by $3,000 on the pretext that the manager responsible for the initial trade-in has been fired. When it came to payment at the account department, I realized they have nickel and dime me by adding what they called “Dealer Services” for $497, which she said was compulsory. This “Dealer Services” I later realized is for a 2-year Alloy Wheel Protection Program. Why must a dealership force me to buy insurance for my car wheels? Another startling surprise was that the dealership could not take payment more than $4,000. This is the 21st century for Christ’s sake. So I have to go back home, and wire transfer the full balance to the Dealership’s Bank of America account. I could have done this at the dealership but unfortunately their account person is not familiar with a wire transfer. I went to this dealership 7 times just to buy one car. This is the worst dealership that I have ever bought a car from, of over 30 dealerships in my experience. More
