Our sales rep, Donna Watkins, is amazing. She listened to our needs and wants and didn’t pressure sell us. However, we didn’t have a great experience with the Finance Manager, Al. He wasn’t She listened to our needs and wants and didn’t pressure sell us. However, we didn’t have a great experience with the Finance Manager, Al. He wasn’t happy with the amount of money we decided to put down on the car and tried to talk us into applying that towards our mortgage instead. His recommendation was for us to finance the entire cost of the car- obviously because he is incentivized by the amount the customer finances. He also gave us unsolicited advice on several financial areas that were complex outside his scope. I highly recommend Donna but would steer clear of Al! More
