There was zero willingness to negotiate, lowball trade-in offers, and a complete lack of professionalism from the management team. Jeff, the used car manager, was unhelpful and came across as completely out of his depth. Jason, the GM, offered no support or accountability, and frankly should not be in a leadership role. The dealership itself is dated and unclean, further undermining the premium image that Land Rover should represent. If you’re in the market for a Land Rover, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This location does not deserve your business. More

This is the 4th vehicle purchased from this dealer, the 3rd from sales rep David Baker. David is a good listener to customer needs. He is knowledgeable about the cars.
