Challenged with time constraints, I needed to be in and out quickly and efficiently with a great vehicle. Trevor Hanes, was hands-down the very best sales professional I have ever done business with and was able to source exactly what I needed. He facilitated an easy, professional, and pain-free purchasing process. The efficiency and ease of the process didn't slow down when I was handed over to Corey Pitre to finalize paperwork. Corey was more than I could have asked for and made the paperwork process quick and enjoyable. I was in and out of the dealership within the hour and the car was ready for pickup at the end of my business day. Corey Christman, director, is running an exceptional team at Land Rover Central--ensuring the Central Houston location is second-to-none for Land Rover dealerships in Houston. I took my car for routine maintenance and they took my car for a joy ride over 200 miles. The service center used to descent, but apparently has hit rock bottom. In my opinion, the most greed that I have ever experienced by a car dealer at Land Rover Houston Central. We were leasing our 9th Land Rover when: 1. 10/20/21- Sales Manager gets approval from h experienced by a car dealer at Land Rover Houston Central. We were leasing our 9th Land Rover when: 1. 10/20/21- Sales Manager gets approval from her GM to sell car and puts our name on it. 2. 11/13/21 - Sales Manager agrees on price, paying full MSRP as well as Full Lease Mark up in the back. She sends me the credit application to fill out as the vehicle will be arriving any day now. 11/17/21 - Approved on lease. 780+ credit score, vehicle still not in yet. 11/19/21 - I get a call that the car arrived, but Gerald Cardenas wants me to now trade in a vehicle the morning of our vehicles arrival. Not the bank, but Gerald Cardenas. Sales Rep tells me that people are paying $20K over MSRP and that I will now be paying $10K over. 11/19/21 - 11/22/21 - Reach out to both Gerald Cardenas and Vanessa Ramos multiple times, and have yet to hear back from either of them. I understand the market may be scarce right now. In my opinion it cannot be standard business practice now for Land Rover Houston Central to run your credit, once you are backed into a corner, start changing the terms. Don't count on getting your incoming car for your agreed upon price with this market. More
