This has been my go to for JLR since 2018. The team is fantastic, no stories. I've worked with Eric over the last 5 years and several cars in between. My parking break suddenly would not release over the weekend. We called roadside assistance first thing Monday morning. LRCH received my vehicle around 2pm. They were able to get it fixed and replace weekend. We called roadside assistance first thing Monday morning. LRCH received my vehicle around 2pm. They were able to get it fixed and replace a part in less than 24 hours. My car was ready for pick up by 10:30 the next morning! More
