The buying experience was good. One is an anti-theft deterrent, and the other one is wheel protection that I didn't need or want. The dealer made $759.00 out of me for those dealer add-ons but lost a customer. Also, they do not use genuine Jaguar / Land Rover parts . . . The car I bought needed the windshield replaced and they installed a generic ( XYG Brand ) windshield. I recently had to buy a new car after my current Jaguar was totaled. I had previously driven a few other makes and models and thought i would test them out again. After visiting other dealerships, I had set up a meeting with Bill Roof-Craig. I arrived right before closing and never felt rushed or pressured. He let the product speak for itself and answered all my questions. This was a very different experience from other dealerships and greatly appreciated. We negotiated the next day and picked up the care after that. I cannot say how nice and easy it was to work with Bill. To top it all off, I love my new car. The vehicle was a 2024 Jaguar F-Pace. More
