Sales rep is great - Service is terrible Our sales rep Kalani was amazing and responsive. As far as service goes, this dealership is far below acceptable standards. After 2 months of our truck being broken down, we had to complain on Facebook and call/text many times to get anything done. I only ever spoke with Kalani, and spoke with Tom about 2 times. Hands down the worst experience I've had with a dealership. This is now going on week 5 without a truck and we had the truck 3 days out of those 5 weeks - not because it couldn't be diagnosed or repaired, but because the dealership let the truck sit on their lot instead of sending it to a Dodge dealership. More

Takes forever and damage to vehicle while in lot They had my car for four months and could not repair it. Efficient and quick They did my scheduled service in a day and communicated thoroughly. Only drawback is that there's not a loaner car program.
