I was in the showroom for 2. 5 hr waiting for my car to be serviced. I spent some time looking at the Jags and the Defender with great interest. I asked about other Defenders and 5 hr waiting for my car to be serviced. I spent some time looking at the Jags and the Defender with great interest. I asked about other Defenders and even though there seemed to be 5-10 sales people wandering around no one seemed interested in helping me. I was told they were out on the lot. I went and looked. I looked at the blue Ferrari. Everyone appeared to be unhappy. No smiles. How do you sell a car? Do you expect customers to beg to be helped? The ‘cabin air filter’ can be purchased on line for $20. The time to install is about 5 minutes. Your charge was $148. I will probably not be back. More

After having this leased vehicle for 7 months, they should have tried to have corporate offset some of the monthly lease payments while waiting for the issues to be fixed. I am almost 50. I’ve have loved LR’s all my life, and have always wanted one. I retired from the Army 4 years ago, and was able to purchase one last year. It has been great. 2016 LR4. The dashboard has been coming apart. Just the stitching. Then a small rock hit my windshield and cracked it across my line of line of site. I have needed a recall repaired, new brakes and rotors and an oil change. The windshield was broken July 21st. My issue is that I have called several times to try to schedule these repairs. I have had no luck. My calls have not been returned, I have not been able to get in to have the recall repaired or any of the other things that need to be done specifically the windshield. I live in Savannah so I travel to LR Hardeeville/Hilton Head South Carolina. Which is about an hour. So I can’t just drop in and face to face with someone. Although I have taken my LR there to be serviced before. No problems then. I have spoken with Leslie in the service department. She has not returned my calls. Our last conversation she was going to get a price on the windshield and call me back. That was the 4th time I had called her about this and had the same conversations each time. Very frustrating. I asked her not to forget about me. When she did, I called to speak with the manager Howard. He called and left a voicemail. I called him back and left a voicemail and I have not heard anything back from him. I have all my call records. This is not the experience I wanted with LR. I am very very frustrated. My brakes are now shaking and the crack in the windshield has spread from one side to the other, and I’m almost 2000 miles an oil change. And the Recall has not been repaired. I was really wanting to order the new RR sport for my wife, but after this experience this may be my first and last Land Rover. Really breaks my heart. More
I really only worked with Melissa who was fantastic. Every quote was right on, the time estimates were right on, and the work done was good quality. I have an LR3 and LR4 and the Land Rover dealer is often (but not always) more expensive to have work done, so I pick my battles. I've never been disappointed. More
I had purchased a new Landrover Discovery 2020 in Florida. On the way north to my home, having possession less than 24 hours the engine died in Brunswick, Georgia. John, the service manager at Hilton Florida. On the way north to my home, having possession less than 24 hours the engine died in Brunswick, Georgia. John, the service manager at Hilton Head Landrover was alerted the car was being towed to their dealership. We waited over 4 hours for Landrover Roadside Emergency to arrange a tow. I finally called a towing service that came to us in 15 minutes. During those four hours John expressed his concern for myself and my daughter’s welfare being stuck on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. Once we and the car arrived he took us under his wing to make sure we were comfortable. He knew EXACTLY what the problem with the car was, fortunately and easy fix. He expedited our trip interruption claim. He could not have been more thoughtful, caring and competent in the repair. I shall be ever grateful for his concern and his quick knowledge of the needed repair. Thank you, thank you! More
