Service was fine. Original appt was for Monday 1/9 but pickup driver didn’t show Needed my car back by 3:00 pm that day so had to postpone until Tuesday. I was in the showroom for 2. 5 hr waiting for my car to be serviced. I spent some time looking at the Jags and the Defender with great interest. I asked about other Defenders and 5 hr waiting for my car to be serviced. I spent some time looking at the Jags and the Defender with great interest. I asked about other Defenders and even though there seemed to be 5-10 sales people wandering around no one seemed interested in helping me. I was told they were out on the lot. I went and looked. I looked at the blue Ferrari. Everyone appeared to be unhappy. No smiles. How do you sell a car? Do you expect customers to beg to be helped? The ‘cabin air filter’ can be purchased on line for $20. The time to install is about 5 minutes. Your charge was $148. I will probably not be back. More
