From checking in to checking out, my annual maintenance appointment was perfection. Leslie was my point of contact and she kept me informed the entire time of the progress. LR Hilton Head is always welcoming and able to accommodate me in a timely manner My service advisor gave excellent customer service and made sure to keep me updated on the status of my car. Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever had to deal with...absolute trash. DO NOT bring your Land Rover or Jaguar to this dealership!!! When you buy a premium brand vehicle such as Land Rover you expec with...absolute trash. DO NOT bring your Land Rover or Jaguar to this dealership!!! When you buy a premium brand vehicle such as Land Rover you expect premium service when bringing your vehicle in. This dealership and service staff, specifically Service Manager Cody Koenig & Service Writer Leslie Reyes, have ruined that expectation for me and without a doubt have made me think twice of ever purchasing a Land Rover again. I, hands down, get better service, communication, and dealer/customer care from the Ford Dealership I bring my 2017 F150 into that isn't even under warranty still like our Land Rover is. This dealership and these two employees failed to follow through on just about everything they promised. From dropped communication, to damaging our vehicles paint permanently and refusing to fix the issue, to lying about having loaner vehicles available, to holding onto our vehicle for over 3 months due to their inexperience of Land Rover/Jaguar OEM part matching the list of disappointments goes on and on. Most importantly the fact that we brought our vehicle in and received it back with multiple scratches that are not just surface level is the ultimate disappointment. When Leslie Reyes and Cody Koenig were notified about this issue they took our vehicle back promising a full detail and paint correction, they took the vehicle for two days just to return it looking exactly like it looked when it left. Nothing fixed nothing cleaned. Literally looked like they forgot to actually do anything to it. Due to the fact that THEY damaged our vehicles paint AND they acknowledged the fact that they did so, we requested they pay for a private detailing company to perform the necessary paint correction since at this point we can't trust their detailing departments work, they promised to follow through and ended up dropping communication from there. We had to call numerous times only to get a random text from Cody Koenig saying they will not be able to pay for the paint correction to be completed. Shame on you Cody Koenig, you should be embarrassed at the fact that your not professional enough to tell us via phone call, you couldn't even respect and care about us enough as customers to give us a direct phone call, only a flaky text...trash. Hilton Head Land Rover/Jaguar and the two employees Leslie Reyes & Cody Koenig DO NOT deserve your money or business, STAY AWAY from this dealership! More
The service department made my life so much easier. They picked up my Defender at my place of business and returned it clean and exactly when it was scheduled. Terrible service departmeent and no loaners. I had a few issues with my (in warranty) Range Rover, including a serious safety issue. Getting an appointment was a nightmare -as tends to be with this dealership. After much begging, they gave me an appointment a week out, with the promise of being able to get a loaner that day for me to take. The evening before the appointment, I get a text saying "we're sorry but we don't have any loaner to give you tomorrow". This has happened EVERY time I have had to service my car the past 3 years at this dealership. They ended up telling me they could get me a hertz rental. I get a mini-van that smelled very bad and had a major startup issue. Several days later, no news of my car being ready. I called and was told they hadn't even put it in the shop. Why would they give me an appointment and not service my car until 4 days later? I had also requested that a wheel/ rim needed to be fixed after some damage, they couldn't quite figure out warranty coverge but said I would need to bring my car back at a another appointment for that. My car was there for two weeks, why couldn't they have arranged it then? I got my car back 2 weeks later, with the same issues that I was told were fixed, and the wheel not fixed. I love Range Rovers, but with my lease coming to an end, makes me really think twice about owning another Land Rover. I don't want to deal with this dealership. The other closest one is over 2 hours away. Jordan was very nice throughout, i just don't think the dealership service dept is well run, probably not his fault. More
