Terrible service department I mean TERRIBLE! It’s literally comical to watch. First off between my two appointments combined spending around 15k with them you’d think they’d show you a little co It’s literally comical to watch. First off between my two appointments combined spending around 15k with them you’d think they’d show you a little concern or attention that’s prob half the service managers salary at least I hope it not more than that as he deserves less! Come to find out in June come back and a new service manager there and this is whom I’m referring to came from Subaru so he says I don’t know if he knows what side the gas tanks on. Anyways, the guy obviously thinks he knows it all and is God‘s greatest gift to earth but he’s far from that and he has no compassion for the clients nor his employees which is even worse as a customer, seeing that shares serious internal issues in the organization, as well as a serious, narcissistic, managerial figure that kid make, or break the dealership in through my years of experience in several fortune, 500 companies, I did not see that dealership lasting much longer to be honest with you all. I can go into detail and write a book here to save you all time just stay away , if you don’t believe me, I’ll leave it up to you to make your own judgment. It’s worth a three or 4 Hour Dr. to not go there trust me let me save you the time of not only having to read my travels, but also trying to prevent you from having them yourself the service department make jiffy lube look like the Rolls Royce service department. Another sidenote I’ve had Land rover’s all my life since I’ve driven, and Jaguars lived in many different states and visited many different dealerships over the years so I know the Land rover Way and I don’t even know that they are credited if they are, they should be revoked the ability to represent Land Rover, USA. These are pretty powerful words, but I mean them truly. Please take this serious, and I will probably elaborate further add another time, so the rest of the current and potential future customers can say their time and money because it will end up costing you 007 to go elsewhere to another Land Rover dealer to finally fix an issue. That is such a simple one you could possibly do yourself that’s how lack of education they have, not to mention there, business ethics professionalism, I can go on forever. It just comes down to whispering place in the wrong hands for service manager and general manager wise. Apparently the general manager has no clue, or ignores the service department purposely. Could be for many reasons one being he knows it’s a mess and doesn’t want to be involved for his upper management to see staying out of the picture completely to Bing. He has no idea what he’s doing himself, but they have to figure it out, because not only because they lose their credibility, but on average studies have shown dealerships annual revenue is more than 50% from the service department so as far as profitability, they will be shut down very soon. I called many times for 3 weeks to make an appointment and always the same answer. We will call you back and nobody ever called me back. I needed a oil change. Then after 3 weeks I got a flat tire and nee and always the same answer. We will call you back and nobody ever called me back. I needed a oil change. Then after 3 weeks I got a flat tire and needed a tire so I called and finally then I got an appointment and told them I needed a oil change also. No problem then. I waited 4 hours there for them to change they oil and put on a new tire. That is way too long to wait. I was going out of town and had to wait to the next day to do so. I also asked them if they please could vacuum my car and they said yes but they did not do that. When they gave me the bill they had charged me for the new tire and I told them I have insurance on my tires so I should not pay for one. They took it off. I live part time in Fort Lauderdale and took my car in there one time and I will tell say that Fort Lauderdale service is 1000% better. If I had known the bad service Hilton Head has I would never had got a Land Rover. Would had got an other Porsche. Nr 1 Problem is. They never answer the phone and if I get lucky then they say will call you back and they never do.. very bad service. More

Hard to schedule service appoints when needed. Hard to reach a service person to talk too. My last experience I had two call the delearship on numerous occasions. Car was not ready when promised. Service dept is backed up and the timing of my repair was awful. I was without my vehicle for a month and they did not have a loaner vehicle. They did give a 10% discount, however renting a car for a month i awful. I was without my vehicle for a month and they did not have a loaner vehicle. They did give a 10% discount, however renting a car for a month is well over 10% of my service bill. Very inconvenient. If LR is going to take this long in repairs, they need more loaner vehicles.
