Terrible service departmeent and no loaners. I had a few issues with my (in warranty) Range Rover, including a serious safety issue. Getting an appointment was a nightmare -as tends to be with this dealership. After much begging, they gave me an appointment a week out, with the promise of being able to get a loaner that day for me to take. The evening before the appointment, I get a text saying "we're sorry but we don't have any loaner to give you tomorrow". This has happened EVERY time I have had to service my car the past 3 years at this dealership. They ended up telling me they could get me a hertz rental. I get a mini-van that smelled very bad and had a major startup issue. Several days later, no news of my car being ready. I called and was told they hadn't even put it in the shop. Why would they give me an appointment and not service my car until 4 days later? I had also requested that a wheel/ rim needed to be fixed after some damage, they couldn't quite figure out warranty coverge but said I would need to bring my car back at a another appointment for that. My car was there for two weeks, why couldn't they have arranged it then? I got my car back 2 weeks later, with the same issues that I was told were fixed, and the wheel not fixed. I love Range Rovers, but with my lease coming to an end, makes me really think twice about owning another Land Rover. I don't want to deal with this dealership. The other closest one is over 2 hours away. Jordan was very nice throughout, i just don't think the dealership service dept is well run, probably not his fault. More

First vehicle we’ve bought from Land Rover HH and we were very pleased with the knowledge and treatment that Rachael, Jim, and John gave us. After visiting some other dealers where the sales people appeared very pleased with the knowledge and treatment that Rachael, Jim, and John gave us. After visiting some other dealers where the sales people appeared more like “order takers” that didn’t know their vehicles, it was a welcome relief that Rachael has over 10 years of experience at Land Rover and knows the vehicle technology well. Friendly knowledgeable sales staff, but they made financing promises they couldn’t keep. At the end of the day, they walked away from their commitments, and I left without a car.
