Great Customer Service Poor Service Department Care Our salesman was awesome! The service department was entirely so awesome. There were some things we needed done to the car and when picking the car up Our salesman was awesome! The service department was entirely so awesome. There were some things we needed done to the car and when picking the car up it was not cleaned properly our 2nd key could not be found and the scratches were still there. It seemed that because they knew we were going out of state and had a loner car from them they rushed to get it back to us without doing what they were supposed to do. More

Salesman Will Dyson Is Excellent! My mom and I bought a Land Rover this past Saturday. We did not have my father or my husband with us, and we do not know much about cars. Thankfully, My mom and I bought a Land Rover this past Saturday. We did not have my father or my husband with us, and we do not know much about cars. Thankfully, Will Dyson worked with us to find just the right vehicle. He was patient, caring, honest, and knowledgeable. We had many questions, and he answered each one of them with true concern. If I buy another Land Rover down the line, I will definitely work with Will again, and I recommend him to everyone! Also, the sales manager, Jim, is a very nice and humble man who I will also be glad to work with again. My time with Land Rover Hilton Head was overall a great experience! More
