No pressure at all , which made me feel right at home and the instict to buy it from her. We waited a little for finance , but that is totally understandable . The process of buying the car in south carolina with a florida tag was a breeze . Would not even wink an eye to return to this dealership, preferably with Devin Mitchell ....thank you for an amazing experience. More

Worst Experience of My Life I was through with all the paperwork and was about to leave the dealership. I got in the car and the radio was not working and the window would not ro I was through with all the paperwork and was about to leave the dealership. I got in the car and the radio was not working and the window would not roll down. I called my sales person and she brought it to get checked out. After doing paperwork for three hours and signing all documents, I was told the vehicle had been flooded. I refused to buy the vehicle. I don't understand how a dealership does not thouroughly inspect their vehicles. I LUCKILY caught the error. We asked about the return policy and were treated as if this was a foolish concern. We were almosg stuck with a vehicle that would have been practically totalled. It is unethical to do buisness this way. The dealership should have inspected the vehicle considering they knew DAYS before that I had accepted the deal and would be purchasing. No one, other than my salesperson, seemed to care. This is the worst experience I have ever had or heard about at a dealership. I can't belive people purchase cars at a dealership that would do something like this to a customer. This vehicle was going to be lifechanging. It was my second vehicle purchase ever and my heart was set. I have never been so upset in my life. Please fux this issue before you try to swindle anymore customers into overpaying for a car that is damaged. More

Found our dream car at Jaguar (Hilton Head). We have been a 2 car family forever, but when we found out that the oldest one, a 2003, required over $3K in maintenance we decided it was time to get We have been a 2 car family forever, but when we found out that the oldest one, a 2003, required over $3K in maintenance we decided it was time to get a new car. We decided to compare at least 3 brands/models including BMW, Jaguar, and Mercedes-Benz. The staff at all of the dealerships were helpful and happy to take us for a test drive and discuss financing options. However, Britta, our sales rep at Jaguar was exceptionally helpful as we considered a variety of models (XE, XF, and XJ). Since we're both retired and usually travel together, we decided to trade-in both of our cars and become a one car family. We decided to buy the XJ and then Britta went into tutor mode spending several hours over the course of an afternoon going over all of the features of our new car. The entire sales/finance team made the purchase experience a lot less stressful as they customized the down payment method. More
