Lack of Integrity I had been corresponding for nearly 2 weeks with Rachael in reference to a Discovery Sport. I contacted her on a Saturday to make an appointment to s I had been corresponding for nearly 2 weeks with Rachael in reference to a Discovery Sport. I contacted her on a Saturday to make an appointment to see the car on Sunday at 1:00. She shared with me that she had another Discovery Sport as well. I texted her 10 minutes prior to closing on Saturday evening that both cars were still available. She confirmed that they were. I drove 400 miles, one way, with the intent to purchase the original Discovery Sport that started our correspondence. As I exited my car at the dealership, Rachael approached me and said, "do you want to test drive the car?" I responded, "I'd like to test drive both of them." Rachael said, " oh I'm sorry but one of them was sold last night. " Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the complete disregard to understand the value of a customer...much less one who has been loyal to The Land Rover brand for more than 15 years. Attributes of good client service: Integrity Honesty Appreciation None of these skills were demonstrated by Racheal. I do not recommend this dealership More
