Mediocre Took car to get checked out and they found a major issue. Dealership said since they didn’t have to fix it and they wouldn’t come off the price. Still got the vehicle but got warranty so ended up paying even more. Saleswoman taking off stickers inside the car and chipped the windshield tint - sales sticker would not come off the tint as well. Reached out to saleswoman and she said she would call a tint professional, then I never heard anything else- she changed the subject. Was a mistake which ininderstand but thought she would rectify. Waited around for a long time probably because I wasn’t buying a top of the line car. More
Filthy car upon delivery I purchased a pre-owned car from this dealership online. I drove to Jacksonville to take delivery. It was delivered in the worst condition. The first thing I noticed upon getting in is that the car was absolutely filthy. There were fingernail clippings in the console, hair on the back seats and pink lipstick on the dash, to name a few obvious things. The sales person, Rachel, was absolutely no help, even after I sent her a 7 page document of photos taken of the car. She was actually rude when I contacted her about it. I requested that the dealership reimburse me to take the car to be detailed locally. (Not including my time to do this.) After months of requests and no return calls, I finally got the GM to agree to reimburse me. It was not really the reimbursement, which I never actually received, but the absolute worst customer service I have ever had with a dealership. In addition, the purchasing process was not easy as well. It should have been a simple transaction, but the sales person couldn't even get the paperwork correct for my bank. More

Costumer service the way it should be! I was dealing with Mario as my sales rep. After looking at the car I initially wanted at there sister dealership a month prior we were far off on the I was dealing with Mario as my sales rep. After looking at the car I initially wanted at there sister dealership a month prior we were far off on the price, and Peacocks used car division was stubburon and would respect me and my price. After the initial offer they were tacking on fees left and right and the numbers didn’t add up. No biggie I waited patientially until after a month the price had dropped and I contacted the dealership again and this time the car was at Peacocks Jaguar/LandRover Hilton Head dealership. I contacted Mario and he got the deal done in a matter of hours. This is how you wheel and deal. The dealership made money and I saved money. I just wish all sales rep were more like Mario, he was nice and always wanted to make sure you as a customer are never overwhelmed and didnt want you to feel committed to anything because it’s your money and you decide how you spend it. I would advise anyone to give Peacock a try especially there Jaguar/LandRover division. Amazing people from Mario to the Finance Manager. Will buy and refer Peacock dealership again to anyone looking for a car. More
