First service experience very disappointing Start to finish. Every step of process went poorly. No one called to confirm appt and when I called they said they couldn't pick up car when original Start to finish. Every step of process went poorly. No one called to confirm appt and when I called they said they couldn't pick up car when originally planned as they didn't have drivers and they didn't know if they had a loaner. Driver should up and said I had to sogn forms...no one told me I had to be home to get Loaner only due to my schedule change was I home. Then I car was available to deliver my car sonit ended being there thursday until mon when the driver called and had wrong pickup location. More
