I bought a nice 2018 vehicle at another dealer with still factory warranty. The simple fact was to make transfers from American to EU but was the worse mistake I done Jaguar of Frisco I sent my vehicle ther factory warranty. I’ll thought that by doing so I’ll test their service and proceed to buy my next New Land Rover . But they fail every step of the service I work for reputable dealers for 32 yrs and I believed the the service staff needs to be fired or retrained for a better customer Service. Now next week I’ll be. Using Sewell BMW great service there. All this issue was for a Battery issue and sensor failure. Definitely they need extensive training I feel bad for the actual owners . One more complaint in their record. For sure More
My 2nd Experience with Poor service at Land Rover Frisco. I was given an appointment time of 7:30am. I arrived at 7:15am and they were open and took my car. I was asked if I knew where the waiting area was a I was given an appointment time of 7:30am. I arrived at 7:15am and they were open and took my car. I was asked if I knew where the waiting area was and said yes. I proceeded to the waiting area. 2.5 hours later the person that took my car walked up to me and said, we have not checked your car yet and asked if I would like a ride somewhere to possibly pick up my car later or set up another appointment. I asked why would I do this when we had an agreed appointment at 7:30am today. No good answers from them. I told them to get my car and I would leave. While waiting on my car, I was asked if I need help by others, and told them the same as above. Another person (assuming a Manager) asked the same and said they didn't realize I was waiting on my car. Hmm, it was documented I was waiting and the original person came up to me in the waiting area to tell me my car had not been worked on. I was then asked again if I wanted to set up another appointment. Geez, work on my car for my original appointment and stop taking appointments if you have too many cars to work on for the personnel you have working. I was told they have a stack of papers for cars to work on. Why continue taking in more than you can handle? Time to find another dealership and different type of vehicle. More
We are too busy for you Worst customer service for the Service Department. Called numerous times, placed on hold numerous times, and a Call back is unheard of. 2 to 3 weeks t Worst customer service for the Service Department. Called numerous times, placed on hold numerous times, and a Call back is unheard of. 2 to 3 weeks to be placed for a loaner and the Service team don't COMMUNICATE with the mechanics. Tried numerous time to speak with a Service, but she is either out to lunch, with another customer, left for the day, called in sick, I will call you back, never got the message and I dont recall that conversation. Now I need to find another Land Rover dealership that can do on what they promise...Customer Service!!! More

Jason never gets frustrated, and calmly persists in seeking solutions. Two of his ace service advisors are AJ and Ross. Amazing temperament and more courteous than you would ever expect.
