I bought a nice 2018 vehicle at another dealer with still factory warranty. The simple fact was to make transfers from American to EU but was the worse mistake I done Jaguar of Frisco I sent my vehicle ther factory warranty. I’ll thought that by doing so I’ll test their service and proceed to buy my next New Land Rover . But they fail every step of the service I work for reputable dealers for 32 yrs and I believed the the service staff needs to be fired or retrained for a better customer Service. Now next week I’ll be. Using Sewell BMW great service there. All this issue was for a Battery issue and sensor failure. Definitely they need extensive training I feel bad for the actual owners . One more complaint in their record. For sure More
