The service was very slow and the service agent was not proactive in providing updates on the status of my vehicle. I was told it would take 4 business days just to do a diagnostic. Four days came and went proactive in providing updates on the status of my vehicle. I was told it would take 4 business days just to do a diagnostic. Four days came and went and only after several messages to follow up on the status of my vehicle, I finally get a response 8 business days later. I was without my vehicle for 2 weeks and a loaner was not provided throughout this time. More
