Screwed me over royally. I've put up with shoddy service, missed deadlines, and lack of accountability with this dealership in the past, but this most recent event has severe I've put up with shoddy service, missed deadlines, and lack of accountability with this dealership in the past, but this most recent event has severed any chance of me doing business with them ever again. We paid $3000 for a warranty and were told to just contact the dealership if anything went wrong. The windshield cracked and we contacted the dealership and they never reached out. I called and they said they would file the claim with the windshield warranty company and get back with me. They didn't call back. I reached out again and they told me the warranty people wouldn't talk to the dealership and I had to file the claim. This was not true. These delays put me outside of the reporting window for a valid claim, so my claim was denied. They eventually relented and agreed to pay for a little over half of the cost and the dealership has made no effort to make things right, expecting me to pay the shortfall of over $1000 . More
