I scheduled service and was told it would be two days. Fine. But they didn’t even get my vehicle into service til they’d had it 2.5 days. Meanwhile, no update as to this delay til we called to inquire. No Fine. But they didn’t even get my vehicle into service til they’d had it 2.5 days. Meanwhile, no update as to this delay til we called to inquire. No offer of a loaner. When asked about a loaner, one wouldn’t be available for over a month. Terrible communication and terrible expectation setting. Tell me up front what the situation is and I can make an informed decision about rescheduling. More
