They had my car for 6 hours before I got a call about what it needed. I ran out of time and needed the car back so I just did annual service and said I would bring back later for the other things. They what it needed. I ran out of time and needed the car back so I just did annual service and said I would bring back later for the other things. They said they would replace the batteries in the key fobs, but didn’t. They also said they won’t have time to wash by 4 pm. I got there at 3:30 and it was already in the service drive parked. Pretty sure they could have washed it in 30 minutes before 4, but didn’t. Didn’t change the batteries either. Service advisor was dismissive and didn’t really show any customer service acumen. I would after you hit someone. For 4500 dollars for tires, oil change, and air filters…the customer service aspect would be kicked in high gear. More
