Yes. I did not receive a call saying my vehicle was ready. I had to call multiple times without getting a callback, only to be told when I reached my advi I did not receive a call saying my vehicle was ready. I had to call multiple times without getting a callback, only to be told when I reached my advisor at the end of the day that she "called and left a voicemail" even though both phones on the account have no missed calls or voicemails. Then we were not even offered a state inspection even though on pickup we were informed that could have been done while the vehicle was in for service. Overall poor experience and lots of wasted time and lying to hide incompetence are not how I expect a service dept/advisor to be. More
Quick service, fixed everything, great communication by my advisor! She even was able to get something else addressed that she thought would take longer.
