We had some issues during our 3 year lease with Jaguar. Because of the issues we were told (on 2 separate occasions) we would not have to worries about the $495 "turn in" fee on the car. After all was said and done, this dealership did a 180 and reneged on what THEY had promised us. That being said, when the time comes, we will go to a different dealership in our metroplex. Unfortunately they are cutting off their nose to spite their face. They'll be fine. They're simply losing future clients and referrals. Bad call. More
Beware: Took my Range Rover in for service on a Sat. afternoon. It was stolen within a couple of hours by someone who helped himself to the key fob that was left in an unlocked room and not in a locked afternoon. It was stolen within a couple of hours by someone who helped himself to the key fob that was left in an unlocked room and not in a locked box, right as the service department closed, which he used to find the vehicle and drive it off to Mexico. Dealership claims it did not even know vehicle was gone until 6 days later and then only because I had been calling to find out service status. Then, they tried to get me to pay them for a comparable replacement vehicle beyond the low ball offer from them and their insurance company for mine. This is no way to treat a customer. Apparently not the first time something like this happened so BEWARE. More
