My Jaguar has been getting serviced here for the last couple of years and the service has been great. Jorge was great to deal with and got me taken care of. My next service appt is already scheduled fo couple of years and the service has been great. Jorge was great to deal with and got me taken care of. My next service appt is already scheduled for 2024. I will only return to this dealership for service if I absolutely must. This service should have been completed properly the first time my vehicle was in for this issue. It is beyond ridiculous to wait fo absolutely must. This service should have been completed properly the first time my vehicle was in for this issue. It is beyond ridiculous to wait for 3 hours for a tire repair, after making an appointment. More
I have had 4 Land Rovers-all taken care of LR Frisco. They are absolutely the BEST. Most knowledgable sales people, most knowledgable service folks. They are absolutely the BEST. Most knowledgable sales people, most knowledgable service folks. More
Took our Range Rover Sport in for a leak warning message and a parking sensor inop message. The coolant leak was visible as the thermostat. The sensor had wiring chewed through by a rodent, easily visible. and a parking sensor inop message. The coolant leak was visible as the thermostat. The sensor had wiring chewed through by a rodent, easily visible. I also brought it in for an annual service (oil change). I was quoted $250 to diagnose the coolant leak, $250 to diagnose the sensor, $600 for the annual service which includes a safety inspection (about as involved as the annual required by TX that costs $20). The "diagnosis" confirmed a leaking thermostat and wire chewed threw. I was quoted $1053 to replace the thermostat and leak check the system. I was quoted $1294 to repair the sensor, It was also recommended I replace the front brakes for $1898, change the air filter for $241, and replace the spark plugs for $644. After always using this dealer for all service, I have been exploited to far. Prices were always very high, but this was ridiculous. Especially the "diagnostic" fee. I paid for the annual service and diagnostics then took the vehicle to a ASE certified mechanic and the repairs were completed, with OEM parts, for about 1/3 the dealer quote, and without paying $250 to diagnose each item, or $50 for shop supplies and all of the other added charges. By the way, the brake sensors on the vehicle were still green and the mechanic confirmed there was good life left on the front brakes. I would have rated one star, but the service agent I met with was very professional and did a great job. He explained he doesn't set the prices. More
