Bad sales practices BEWARE. I inquired about a vehicle Land Rover Frisco had in stock; after speaking with Mark Gonzaba and agreeing to my trade-in amount, I decided to proceed with the vehicle's purchase Land Rover Frisco had in stock; after speaking with Mark Gonzaba and agreeing to my trade-in amount, I decided to proceed with the vehicle's purchase. Mark collected my pre-approval letter and all the necessary information. Arrangements were being made for the delivery of the vehicle with no mention of anything that would cause the deal not to happen(See text conversation below). I spoke with Mark till around 8 pm getting all the information he was requesting over to him. The first thing the next morning, I received a text I quote, "We had a client walk in late last night and purchased the model 3". If this is the way Land Rover Frisco treats their clients during the sale of a vehicle, imagine how you'll be treated and what excuses they will make after you take delivery of the vehicle if something were to go wrong. Integrity is not what you'll find at Land Rover Frisco. The mission statement on their website "Consistently exceeding expectations through empowered team members committed to building meaningful relationships that enhance the guest experience. Our intent is to earn your trust and we consider it a privilege to be the provider of your automotive needs." couldn't be more misleading. There are many other great dealerships; take your business to them. More

Very direct and to the point. We made a five hour drive to work with Anthony. Would do it again in a heartbeat He anticipated everything we wanted and the whole process was most professional. Had a chance to meet Anthony's boss and the finance manager (Kai). Both gentlemen were right up front, professional and a joy to work with. If you are looking for a great buying experience on a terrific vehicle, you owe it to yourself to work with these professionals. More
My sales gentleman was Anthony ( ASK for Anthony if you want to buy a car) and he is such a caring and patient guy. I did not feel pressured to buy the car, he was friendly and understanding (especially wh want to buy a car) and he is such a caring and patient guy. Also, often times, car salesman/dealerships judge a book by its cover, and this was not the case at Jaguar Land Rover Frisco nor with my salesperson, Anthony. And purchasing the car was effortless. I had a great experience and when God blesses me with more, I will purchase that Jaguar or Maserati SUV that I was also eyeing...! More

Tried numerous time to speak with a Service, but she is either out to lunch, with another customer, left for the day, called in sick, I will call you back, never got the message and I dont recall that conversation. Now I need to find another Land Rover dealership that can do on what they promise...Customer Service!!! More

Nevertheless, instead of being treated like a customer at Land Rover Frisco, I was handled like a conspiring criminal. The experience was so disrespectful and disturbing I’m next to pursuing legal action. I’ve been looking/waiting for a 2020 RR SVR Black w/red interior for 6 months, when one came up on radar at this dealership, I made arrangements to put a deposit on the vehicle to have it held until I could get to the dealership to buy it. After negotiations, a sale price was agreed upon but once it was determined by the sales manager (Allen Holmes) that I was paying in cash (cashier’s check), the degradation began: after being left in the salesman’s office unattended to for a least in hour, Allen Holmes accompanied by the salesman comes into the office and immediately informs me he is not selling me the vehicle because I seem suspicious and subject to export the vehicle out of the country, plus; I am raising to many red flags. Red Flags??? (1) I’m asked how can I substantiated having a cashier’s check well over a 100k. (2) I’m asked to show him 3 months of bank statements. (3) He then tells me from his research that one of my houses is only valued at 178k…unbelievable. He feels I’m linked to some vehicle export conspiracy where individuals are buying vehicles in cash and exporting them to Lagos, Nigeria. I told him he had insulted & mischaracterized me and I had wasted a lot of time and money to be treated unfairly after coming to that dealership in good faith to purchase a vehicle. This is the worst consumer experience I have encountered in my adult life and there is no way any customer should be subject to this type of treatment, although I’m hard pressed to feel that he would have dared handled someone of a different ethnicity in the same manner. Simply pathetic. Bad business practice and blatant discrimination. More

I went to 3 Land Rover dealerships and talked to 4 different sales representatives. Some of the sales people set the price firm (no discounts), some were stuck up, some said: "well, this is what we have on the lot and that is that". If you are looking for HONEST, reliable, mostly professional and extremely pleasant sales person, Mr. "Huck" is your guy. He will go over every detail of the car features during test drive, ask exactly what you're looking for and find a vehicle that suits your character as well as needs. If you're picky (like me) and want a car with features out of this planet, Mr. "Huck" will simply built you one. If there is no car on Frisco lot with specific options you want, "Huck" will do research nationwide and find the one for you. I am so grateful for his help and guidance during purchasing process with knowing all my options to manage financial aspect. Range Rover Sport vehicles are high end luxury cars, so as a future owner, you should receive appropriate type of treatment that settles your loyalty to the brand. GO SEE "HUCK"!! More
