I bought my LR4 in 2014 at Land Rover Frisco, and I have used their service department exclusively for the past 9 years. After these last two service experiences, I will never use Land Rover Frisco for ser used their service department exclusively for the past 9 years. After these last two service experiences, I will never use Land Rover Frisco for service again. In this last service experience, every single commitment / promise that was made to me was not met. The service department has become unacceptably unreliable, and no-one is even taking accountability for the collapse in service levels. More
I needed my oil changed and DEF checked/refilled. The oil was changed, the DEF was never checked and I was notified the next day, that it was low. I called the dealership and was told that I could bring it in and they would fill it for $244. There was no consideration given to my time, or my inability to use my vehicle over the weekend. I called ParkPlace in Grapevine, explained what happened and I was able to get it in and refilled for free. --That is customer service. The above; is not. More
