Brought in my car to add a Jaguar part that I had to purchase through a 3rd party because it was discontinued by Jaguar. Tried closing on vehicle Thursday but sales rep Jonathan said he was out for the day due to a sick child but that he would work on getting the buyers order sent to our bank. Friday came around and we called said he was out for the day due to a sick child but that he would work on getting the buyers order sent to our bank. Friday came around and we called the bank, they said they never received the buyers order. Called Jonathan and he said he would send it over. After a while the bank received it and said the would now need the letter of guarantee and title app but Jonathan said the financial director would have that sent. Was never sent and Jonathan then told me they would have it sent 1st thing in the morning before my bank was open. Come 930am I get a call from Jacob trying to get me to finance through jaguar and to get the extended warranty. Told him that it was a little upsetting that they are just now trying to give me information about the extended warranty because I had asked Jonathan a few time about it and even ask to be sent a brochure but never received information. I did receive the brochure from Jacob and told him I would compare it with the banks warranty. When I would call with questions he was very responsive but when I finally told him we would just stick with the bank since all their paper work was processed already and I didn't want to have to rework it, he said OK and that he would have the letter of guarantee and title app sent right over. When I got of the phone with him it was a little after 10am. Come 12pm my bank rep said they never received it. I attempted to call Jacob multiple times but had no luck getting an answer or call back from him. I finally spoke with management who said he would speak with Jacob to have him send it over. 1pm and bank still hadn't had anything, so I called the manager again in which he said he was working on sending it as we speak. My bank closed at 2pm and my wife had to wait there a little over an hour for them to finally have all the paperwork they needed sent over so back could print the cashiers years check. Bad over all 1st time experience with dealership. Jonathan was very knowledgeable with their extended warranty, Jacob was only responsive when he was trying to make an upsell and said he would have paperwork sent right over but never did and became unresponsive after he was told no on the upsell.
