Yes. I did not receive a call saying my vehicle was ready. I had to call multiple times without getting a callback, only to be told when I reached my advi I did not receive a call saying my vehicle was ready. I had to call multiple times without getting a callback, only to be told when I reached my advisor at the end of the day that she "called and left a voicemail" even though both phones on the account have no missed calls or voicemails. Then we were not even offered a state inspection even though on pickup we were informed that could have been done while the vehicle was in for service. Overall poor experience and lots of wasted time and lying to hide incompetence are not how I expect a service dept/advisor to be. More

I cold called into the dealership wanting a white 2024 Range Rover Sport, Juan was the first salesmen I spoke with, he has always been very responsive, transparent and communicative throughout the entire Range Rover Sport, Juan was the first salesmen I spoke with, he has always been very responsive, transparent and communicative throughout the entire process.
