We had some issues during our 3 year lease with Jaguar. Because of the issues we were told (on 2 separate occasions) we would not have to worries about the $495 "turn in" fee on the car. After all was said and done, this dealership did a 180 and reneged on what THEY had promised us. That being said, when the time comes, we will go to a different dealership in our metroplex. Unfortunately they are cutting off their nose to spite their face. They'll be fine. They're simply losing future clients and referrals. Bad call. More
Beware: Took my Range Rover in for service on a Sat. afternoon. It was stolen within a couple of hours by someone who helped himself to the key fob that was left in an unlocked room and not in a locked afternoon. It was stolen within a couple of hours by someone who helped himself to the key fob that was left in an unlocked room and not in a locked box, right as the service department closed, which he used to find the vehicle and drive it off to Mexico. Dealership claims it did not even know vehicle was gone until 6 days later and then only because I had been calling to find out service status. Then, they tried to get me to pay them for a comparable replacement vehicle beyond the low ball offer from them and their insurance company for mine. This is no way to treat a customer. Apparently not the first time something like this happened so BEWARE. More
I hate to write this review, but I am not recommending Land Rover Frisco for sales of Land Rover Range Rovers. We negotiated a written deal with Matt on a new Range Rover and at the last minute, they pull Land Rover Frisco for sales of Land Rover Range Rovers. We negotiated a written deal with Matt on a new Range Rover and at the last minute, they pulled a bait and switch and added on $12k to the purchase price, siting the manager wanted to "change the tires." Disappointed and not how a reputable dealer needs to do business with the public. Let's get away from these business practices and band together to not support dealerships that do business this way. More

The dealership does not negotiate in good faith. Agreed to take a deposit so the vehicle could be purchased on Saturday. Since then it's been in the shop 3 weeks total...on two seperate times. Luckily we have another car or this would have been a bad situation. Not that paying for a car that's not even here and very clearly is a piece of garbage all while finding rides to the shop constantly is a great situation. I cannot even begin to imagine what more will go wrong in the future since this is month one with a "certified" vehicle. I'd say stay away from here and the brand. Hope this helps others when selecting something that costs what these cost. More
