I had to bring my vehicle in for an unexpected event. Hila, my service writer, could not have been more attentive and professional. The “customer service representative” was very helpful and listened to my concerns. However, with a high luxury dealership one would expect the dealership to go above and beyond to provide their customers and listened to my concerns. I’ve received (1) loaner car there since I became a part of what I’ll call Land Rover Nation. The Pirelli tires are a huge concern due to safety reasons. It can be no coincidence about that.
