While the diagnostic came out worst than we thought, Al and the service team were terrific in identifying the issues and working to quickly fix the problems. It says that the coolant level pipe was losen, so the car took from Monday to Monday to get fixed 7 days to tighten a losen pipe, I would however understand if it was communicated for me the time, but I was took from Monday to Monday to get fixed 7 days to tighten a losen pipe, I would however understand if it was communicated for me the time, but I was told they will update me i couple of days on how long it will take, I dropped the car on Monday, had no feedback until I called them myself on Friday to tell me it will be finished on same day or max Saturday, I didn’t get any update on neither of those day, and got a voice message on Monday that the car is done to pick called on 3 different times not response, so I just went there to pick it up. Communication is essential don’t you think? More
