This team went out of their way to make my experiencia a 5 star. I owe this to the Service and Collision Managers. The service associate's service is under par. I do not feel confident in Mr. Miller" abil 5 star. I owe this to the Service and Collision Managers. The service associate's service is under par. I do not feel confident in Mr. Miller" abilities and he does not provide good (let lone excellent) service. He did not communicate with me about the vehicle and status and this is not the first time he is my service associate his under par service is consisten.
