DO NOT BUY LAND ROVER CARBecause in South Florida they DO NOT BUY LAND ROVER CAR Because in South Florida they didn't build any reliable car service Extreme waiting time Expensive and Not Responsive DO NOT BUY LAND ROVER CAR Because in South Florida they didn't build any reliable car service Extreme waiting time Expensive and Not Responsive at all Because Service not ready to give you car service I am follow all my regular service millage and visit and took the service from then extremely over rated and expensive but I followed And 2 months ago my yellow engine light came up and I couris what happened and I visited the service and showed them they said need apointment and gave me 45 days later one of the day They didn't offer me loaner car and any other rental car solution I left my car exactly 20 days passed and no one call me no one start to fixing my car also I know end of the service probably they charge me $2000 or some similar amount but extreme slow , service area under the construction last 18 months they have very limited amount shop labor Thats why I am thinking the sell this Range Rover HSE and go through BMW or Mercedes Benz because I have experienced with them so much faster so much reasonable price also DO NOT BUY IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA RANGE ROVER Because they don't have reliable car service More
For a high end car they have low end service. The service department is the worst, trying to schedule not only for oil change, but my car that is barely a year old is leaking coolant and I got transferred al department is the worst, trying to schedule not only for oil change, but my car that is barely a year old is leaking coolant and I got transferred all over the world and back. Could not get anyone on the phone to schedule ended up scheduling online, they only had an appointment 18days out. There was not an option to request a loaner and now that I called about my appointment they claim to get a loaner I would have to re-schedule for a month out. Told her online it does not let you request one, her answer was that I should not have scheduled online that I should have spoke to a person!!! Told her I tried for 2 days and just kept getting VM and no one calling me back!!! She transferred me to my service advisor and ofcource i got a voicemail. I called back and asked for service manager got transferred back and forth 4 TIMES and and ofcource ended up at a voice mail yet again. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership again!!! Then on their website they responded to my complaint with the main number where no one answers and no extension or person whom to ask for! That is even worse customer service and shows how little you care about customers by giving a vague answer with really no real assistance . If I could give this dealership a negative star I would. Once they make the sale they don’t care and your car is your problem not theirs even with recalls and serious problems a new car should not have. More
I had a terrible experience getting my car serviced (or should i say lack thereof) at land rover of fort lauderdale. firstly, i called in to schedule an appointment and was shocked to see that there wer should i say lack thereof) at land rover of fort lauderdale. firstly, i called in to schedule an appointment and was shocked to see that there were no spots available for 2 weeks . 2 weeks?! thats crazy! we have been leasing a BMW for almost 3 years now, and have never had any issues booking appointments more than a few days out, even with loaner. the day of my appointment, we had a couple unexpected things come up the morning-of, so i called and asked to shift my appointment by 45 minutes. the lady i spoke to was very kind and said "no problem". awesome. I actually was able to arrive a little bit earlier, so only around 30 minutes after my scheduled time. when i got there, I was informed that the loaner that we had originally booked was no longer available since i was late. first of all (and lets make this clear), i was not late, i had called ahead of time to change my appointment. second, how is it possible that in the interim 30 minutes, the loaner car had been given away? i could understand a scenario where i hadnt called and they just assumed a no-show, but this was not the case for my appointment. my assumption: there was never a loaner car to begin with and they used this as a cover up excuse. VERY unprofessional. they also tried to give me a hard time since we leased our car from another dealerhsip out of state bc the pricing at this specific dealership was off the charts high (presumably preying on wealthy (elderly) people from the boca/west palm area who dont know much about leasing). im sorry, but a land rover is a land rover and should not matter where it is leased from. we will not be bringing our car here for servicing in the future. More

Worked with Bill Morden completely on-line to purchase my F150. Bill was incredibly knowledgeable on this vehicle and all of its features even though it wasn’t his brand. Poor service especially considering Covid! Service was scheduled for 30 minutes and took 90 minutes! Finally upon delivery, valet driver was wearing mask around chin, not around mouth and nose! Really cannot stress how terrible of a team this was in Fort Lauderdale. I just bought my third Supercharged Range Rover and they treated me very poorly. I dropped off my brand new car to get serviced sinc Fort Lauderdale. I just bought my third Supercharged Range Rover and they treated me very poorly. I dropped off my brand new car to get serviced since the brakes already went bad only two months in. I was going on vacation for two weeks and asked the service technician to give me an update on the car as to what was wrong with it and when i could expect completion. I never got a call from that technician for 7 days. I then had to continuously call the service department and wait on hold for 30 minutes to an hour at a time. The front office would just send me to some voice recorded voicemail instead of making sure I spoke to an actual person. I asked multiple times to have them help me in getting in contact with an actual person. I left six voicemails over two days and three of those voicemails being with the Manager of the service department. No one returned my calls. After recalling and recalling the next day I had to stay on the phone a total of 3 hours just to get through to the Manager who then proceeded to tell me no one had an update on my car after 2 weeks of being at the service department. I finally gave in and got really angry with the manager which I did not want to do. It took me another hour of showing how upset I was to finally get the info on my car. He then told me the car would be done by end of day ( that they just miraculously received the part they needed) and basically it had been forgotten the past two weeks. I do not remember the name of the service manager, either way he absolutely sucked at his job. Dr. Gold More

Do not be fooled by the kind service representatives that will smile as they basically rob you of your money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your service needs. Of the many dealerships I have visited, and cars I have purchased over the years, this experience was the BEST. My overall perception is that they ALWAYS do what is best for their customer. Peter Penaherrera was our salesperson, and he went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal, and were 100% satisfied. We have owned 5 Range Rovers and Love the cars. Finding a dealership we like has been difficult. Not any more!!! Thanks Peter and the entire staff at this dealership!! More
