Let me start by saying, I don't have a clue how these dealership has better reviews. They have an extremely high poor communication. Service reps don't answer calls or reply to emails. As a dealership w dealership has better reviews. They have an extremely high poor communication. Service reps don't answer calls or reply to emails. As a dealership with high value vehicles, they never have a loaner available or is extremely difficult to get one. Reps who handle calls lack the motivation, or it seems they don't have any desire to be working at the dealership. They lack discipline on being courteous. I will never return to this dealership, will try a different one. They sale you on the vechicle also being cleaned after service, but again for a high value vehicle, poor lack of details when cleaning your vehicle. Try arranging your service with another Land Rover dealership or try Superior Exotics. More
