He is the utmost professional, but not stuffy or unapproachable. His communication was consistent and clear, even when we needed to postpone for a bit. He kept us up to date with regular communication, but was only informative.... the opposite of pushy. Highly recommend. More

Elijah went above and beyond since the moment I stepped out onto the lot. He's the reason I even considered a used Audi on the lot and why I came back to make the purchase a few days. Dealership was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Elijah was on top of my inquiry, confirming my desires and providing me with an overview of current inventory. This was hands down the worst customer service we have ever received when trying to purchase a vehicle. We visited the Dealership 4 times and they couldn't get it done. The sale basically fell in their laps and they still managed to miss the mark which should have been a slam dunk The 1st time we visited, we were told if we didn’t have an apt they we not able to speak with us and we needed to come back at another time after we made an apt. The dealership was NOT busy and we were interested in purchasing a car. They didn't give us the time of day. We left frustrated and looked at several other cars / dealerships that were not LR's. This originally completely turned us off from the brand. In the end, we decided that LR was still the car we wanted and came back several months later this time with an apt. We had spoken with Debbie Taylor who was incompetent and inattentive to any sort of detail. We arrived and she had the wrong model ready for us to drive. It was after work so we drove the wrong car anyway b/c there was no time to pull another. She couldn't answer our questions and we came back the following day to drive the correct model. We then asked several questions about the ordering process and what each package entailed. Still couldn't get what we needed and her canned response was "LR makes it extremely difficult to build a car". We received no follow-up calls and we were not confident she could order the car we wanted without getting the order wrong. We then painstakingly went through the entire process on our own with some final questions. We even went back to the dealership with the specific build in hand and we got nowhere. We called for another Sales Rep and made an apt. He assured us he would speak with Debbie and it wouldn't be awkward when we came back- He didn't show that day and we ended up with Debbie again. She couldn't remember our names, she couldn't remember that we already drove the car we wanted, nor did she make any additional follow-up calls. I then emailed every question we had…….. Still couldn't produce what we needed. I specifically said I didn't want the recommendation to "look online"…. That's what we got anyway. We went round and round in circles for several weeks. We then went to LR Denver in Littleton and they were wonderful. They answered our questions within 5 minutes. Their Customer Service was superb and we put in our order that day. LR Broomfield is literally 5 minutes from our house. We won't go back. Instead, we will make the hour long trek to Littleton where we have the confidence even for our service appointments. We got done what we needed to in Littleton in a matter of minutes. More
