Out of state customers dont waste your time with this unprofessional and unreputable dealership ********Please Stay Away I tried to purchase a car from the dealership, as an out of state customer I of unprofessional and unreputable dealership ********Please Stay Away I tried to purchase a car from the dealership, as an out of state customer I offered a deposit on the phone and a check upon picking up the car, I was told that the car is available and there is no need for a deposit now as we are good to go on the deal and the sales manager will reach out to me the next business day to close the deal. Next business came and neither the sales person Jonathan nor the sales manager called back. So I called back and talked to the internet sales adviser and was told the car is sold. As of this moment I was never contacted back by either the sales person or the manager. Extremely unprofessional for this type of a dealership. Terrible business practice **** More
Range Rover STOLEN while left for service! Brought my brand new 2020 Range Rover in with a sunroof problem and my car was STOLEN while in their service drive a few hours after it was dropped of Brought my brand new 2020 Range Rover in with a sunroof problem and my car was STOLEN while in their service drive a few hours after it was dropped off. Their GM never called to apologize...provided no details and actually questioned whether I had been a Land Rover owner over the past two decades (of which I've owned at least a dozen). After calling a few times on the following day, the GM Ron Haro had a cavalier attitude and said "well, you've got an insurance issue to deal with". Why didn't anyone from senior management call me? "The service rep who called you (while he was on the phone with the police) said you sounded OK with it"....??!! I was in shock! Then the harrowing Haro went on to blame the pandemic. Absolute disaster and epic inconvenience to say the least. They are incompetent AND arrogant -- a lethal combination. NEVER, EVER go there! After this, I may never buy another Land Rover. It's been truly pathetic in every way! More
I called Mike Kim with a concern I had with my LR, he was excellent with his response, Was able to get me in and took car of my concerns. Mike was very professional, kind and courteous. I have been in the car business 5 years and Mike was the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. Found out the problem to my radio which no other place could. I was using this dealership as it was convenient to work. I have to say, this is by far the worst place I’ve ever gone for any type of service. Both dealership and independent mechanic with my older cars. I have to say, this is by far the worst place I’ve ever gone for any type of service. Both dealership and independent mechanic with my older cars. First issue is a clunk coming from the front end, and the vehicle cannot maintain a lane at highway speeds. The sharp drifting was noted by the shop foreman. Since this dealership would not let me take a loaner to NC for Thanksgiving, I had no choice but to drive the Rover down to the Carolinas. I was assured the car was safe to drive and an appointment was set for December 17th (almost a month wait for another loaner - absurd). The drive down to the Carolinas was absolutely miserable. For 12 hours, i was fighting the car to maintain a lane at highway speeds. It’s was so bad that my hands were in pain for two days after the trip from holding the wheel so tightly. I arrive at my destination and the service manager at Land Rover Greenville, road tested the car, and was in disbelief that anyone would deem the car road worthy. He looked up the parts ordered from Englewood and noticed they were for an HSE, not a dynamic (which I drive). Ridiculous. Service manager ordered the proper parts and sure enough, they never arrived, as the Easton, PA distribution facility has been closed since Wednesday. Are you freaking kidding me? So now I’m 731 miles from home and have to drive this vehicle back even though it is not recommended to drive, but i have no options as I have to be back for meetings on Monday. I cannot believe the ineptitude of Englewood and how horrific their distribution facility is. I wouldn’t expect this from a Kia dealer, let alone “prestigious” Land Rover. Save yourself the headache and avoid Englewood (and any Penske dealership). Absolute garbage, and beyond comprehension that I am going to have to drive this car back 700+ miles while fighting the steering wheel. I will be going back to Audi or BMW. At least they can get an issue corrected without leaving a customer stranded. What a joke. More
