Mike the Service advisor released my car without informing me there was zero coolant in the reservoir. The vehicle overheated 5 minutes later and when I called to explain, he said he “forgot” to tel informing me there was zero coolant in the reservoir. The vehicle overheated 5 minutes later and when I called to explain, he said he “forgot” to tell me and that he “thought” I was towing the vehicle. This was a blatant lie and he was covering his back for not doing his job. Mike kim also charged me $481 2 times for a diagnostic and acted like the first transaction didn’t go through just to charge me again. I had been coming to the service department for some time and would send business their way. Never again! Stay away from mike kim and land rover englewood as they act like they are helping you but really they don’t care. 12/07/2021 More
