I have my RS Sport maintained here and the service experience is exceptional. Often times that an only be validated when you have a problem. I was irritated by a recent experience (vehicle detail not maintenance)- not enough to take my car back but enough to bug me. When I chatted with my service advisor, Sam - yes, you deal with the same person, he confirmed customer saisfaction and quality were what differentiate their service and promptly turned my irritation into the satisfaction I expect. Also, this dealer organizes quarterly off road events for clients , these are not simply riding a dirt track but real 4 wheel drive events designed to demonstrate and familiarize oneself with their vehicle. We all know it'll get to the office and Starbuck's just fine , however take it on a trail rated difficult by the Guide to Colorado Backroads and 4 Wheel Drive Trails and you'll truy have a different sense of your vehicle. They have expert support in attendance to advise along the way, each vehicle has a walkie talkie to ensure good communication and they provide lunch - there is such a thing as a free lunch. The most remarkable thing is, it's part of their service to clients , promoting brand loyaltly and the real camaderie of ike minded owners who want to experience the best 4 wheel drive vehicle in the world. I took part in the off road adventure organized by Stephen on Sunday. Even though I had been off road before in my vehicle I was still able to learn something new about it's features and capability. This type of event is a credit to the Brand and to the dealership and it will lead to greater customer satisfaction. I bought my LR3 here in 2009. The sales crew was very nice and informative. I have taken my LR3 in a few times for service and Tyler and Linda were very good service reps. The prices were a little on the high side but the work done was very good. This location has also offer some off-road events, which my family has taken advantage of twice. Vipul Anjaria and Stephen Jenkins were exceptional host. The trails were great and they even provided lunch. We will definitely take advantage of it again. Overall a great dealership! More

The ONLY negative I had with my experience is that I was looking specifically at Nissan Armadas with the "big tow" package rated at 9000 pounds. The Armada I purchased was indicated to have had this. The big tow package includes load leveling suspension and a different gear ratio. When I hooked up my camper, it was obvious that there was no load leveling, so I had to research more. What I found was that the model I purchased (SV) was not available with the big tow package and the highest capacity for 4x4 in this trim is 6500 pounds, well under the 9000 I was looking for. Other than that, we do like the vehicle (although towing through the mountains would have been much better with the increased capacity), and our experience with Ryan was excellent. More

I took my '06 RR Sport in for routine service and with all of the services offered it came out looking brand new. This is a fantastic dealership and I am very pleased with my overall experience.
