This dealership is very unpleasant to work with, and constantly tries to "upsell" the customer into buying unnecessary items such as tire insurance, etc. Also if you place a deposit on a new vehicle, th constantly tries to "upsell" the customer into buying unnecessary items such as tire insurance, etc. Also if you place a deposit on a new vehicle, they will not refund it should you change your mind. In sum, they must have plenty of customers because their attitude on everything is "you take it or leave it--that's how we do it here." No flexibility nor sense of relationship to the customer. More

Get it in writing! My 2017 Jaguar was towed in on a Saturday, wouldn't start. They said they didn't have a loaner car which they are supposed to. Still no car. Bottom line is they never provided me a loaner. My car was picked up Thursday. Rob the service tech was excellent. More

I had an IBEX treatment applied to the interior of my new leased vehicle. The service advisor was very easy to work with and accurate with his timing of the application. I didn’t fare as well with the sa leased vehicle. The service advisor was very easy to work with and accurate with his timing of the application. I didn’t fare as well with the sales department, so I went elsewhere to get my new vehicle. But, I will be servicing in Darien thanks to a good experience. More

Great dealership, could not have done it any better. Looking forward to purchase or lease more vehicles in the future from them. What an experience! From beginning to end. I have never had a car buying experience as this. I have been purchasing cars for over 20 years and every salesperson I dealt From beginning to end. I have never had a car buying experience as this. I have been purchasing cars for over 20 years and every salesperson I dealt with was pushy, which is such a turn off. That’s why I never went back to any salesman twice to purchase a car. This time the salesman I had, Allen Johnson, Jr. was an amazing spirit. Not one time did Allen pressure me to purchase anything. Even when I told him I was looking elsewhere, his response was, let me know what you find so I can help you. He always had my best interest no matter which way I went. He then said “trust me”. And that I did. Allen found me a car suitable for my children and I and below my budget. I’m extremely happy and this will be the first time in 20 years that I told a car salesman, I will only buy with you from now on and I will recommend everybody. Allen you and Lan Rover Darien have taken my car buying experience to a whole other level. Stay great! More
